Company Profile

Balloons Over Rhode Island, Inc. was founded in 1985 after its founders Gary and Denise Paplauskas discovered that cold air inflatables and signs were becoming ever increasingly popular. 

Starting from their home office in Cranston, Balloons Over Rhode Island first supplied their products to new businesses that needed to get their message out. Demand soon grew at an alarming rate.

Now Balloons Over Rhode Island the parent company of BORI Graphix and The promotion Company USA rent and sell there products to shops and businesses all over the region, making them the oldest cold air inflatable advertising business, and the only turn-key operation in the north east. Still family owned and operated.

Members of the Inflatable Advertising Dealers Association (IADA), Rhode Island Sign Contractors Association (RISCA) and International Special Events Society (ISES).

Balloons Over RI Warehouses manages event logistics and provides professional insured installation by our own trained and certified installation specialists.
